Recently had 5 new windows fitted by Nexgen in our Bungalow . Such a simple and stress free process, from the initial quote to booking in a date and the final installation. I have to say the team that came to fit the windows were exceptionally polite and completed the work in one day! Loved their attention to detail and kept everything clean and tidy. Nexgen Windows supplied and fitted 10 windows, front door, back door and patio doors. The salesman was friendly and very knowledgeable. He provided a very reasonable quote and kept me well informed during the ordering/surveying process. The windows and doors were installed by the fitting team, who I found to be very professional, very knowledgeable, most efficient and very trustworthy. What do you love most about your job?
We love the transformation and the reactions we get from customers when the job is complete. It's very satisfying to take old, tired windows and doors, replace them with the latest windows on the market and to see the difference it makes to peoples homes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We feel that there should be more honest, local choices when it comes to the home improvement sector. For too long people have been pressurised into buying new windows. We would always prefer to under-promise and over-deliver than vice versa!

Because we want to give you an honest quote which we know will be the right price, we always prefer to come out and measure your windows and doors and go through styles and designs with you. Doing it this way also allows us to check that all our work will comply with any relevant building regulations so that you know exactly what you'll be getting from us.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our designers will follow Covid safe guidelines, including but not limited to, wearing PPE, maintaining a distance at all times and all demonstration products are cleaned and disinfected after every home visit.
