Haven't been able to do Tai Chi for a while for various reasons and had been looking for a class for a while. When Jim replied to my 'Bark', I took the opportunity to join his class. They are a very friendly group and Jim is very knowledgeable. Going back for my second visit tomorrow. More...

Services

Tai Chi Qi Gong (pronounced "Chee Gung") is the art of moving meditation. Qi Gong means "Energy Work", and is getting the body to move in a very relaxed way, to get the energy flowing, and promote good health.

Qi Gong can be practiced by almost everyone, and can be done standing or sitting down.
