I recently had to change services as despite paying fees which is around 30% more expensive than their competitors I never received important letters. Added to that, with business service, you are required to put down a £20 postal deposit which they state is refundable - however, when you request the refund, they tell you there is a £10 admin fee for them to process a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY While I received all their marketing emails, I never received the renewal reminders—apparently, I’m not alone. It’s odd how emails you actually need seem to get lost in spam, while the ones you don’t need arrive reliably. When my renewal lapsed, The London Office Company immediately imposed a late fee and refused to waive it. In other words, they put a trivial amount of money above common sense and long-term customer satisfaction. Correspondence with staff has been extremely rigid and unhelpful—very much a ‘Computer Says No’ approach. It’s a strange way to run a business. I suspect they rely on a significant portion of their income coming from late fees and unclaimed or refused refunds, rather than cultivating repeat customers or earning positive word-of-mouth. They appear utterly indifferent to customer satisfaction—and equally uninterested in fixing the obvious issues with their email system. I am loyal customer with many suppliers who provide good service, value for money and are willing to engage in a flexible way. This is the worst service I have encountered for a long while. UPDATE AFTER THE COMPANY'S REPLY: Buyer beware... don't be fooled by this company's platitudes! They could have either not penalised me for not seeing their renewal emails (I still do not have them!) or refunded me (they hold a whole year's fee!) and avoided a complaint in the first place. Very poor experience with MYCO / The London Office. I made a genuine error by using their address without adding the registered office service. As soon as I was notified (only two weeks after I started), I offered to pay £30, which is the difference between the two plans. Instead, they demanded *£60* (in effect a £30 penalty), refused any compromise, and pointed to rigid terms and conditions. Despite multiple emails over several days—where I clearly laid out reasonable options—I received no meaningful response, just boilerplate replies. Completely inflexible, unresponsive, and unhelpful over what was a minor issue that could have been solved in five minutes with a bit of common sense. Worst experience ever. We were referred to this company by a Friend and paid £3,500 for a Skilled Worker visa application. Later, we decided to go with someone else and asked for a refund since no service was provided to us directly no process was started as a skilled worker visa but Heena(the main contact) refused, saying it’s “against their policy,” even though the service was actually given to the friend’s company—not to us. Paid the fee, but although they answer the phones, no one seems to care if you stay or not and when you cancel out of frustration , they’ll tell you they take an admin fee for cancellation even though they haven’t offered any of the services they purport to, in any timely manner

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This company is an absolute disgrace. My company card was fraudulently used to purchase their services, and when we contacted them to resolve the matter, we were met by an individual named Elena from their so-called "payments team," whose approach was unhelpful and wholly unprofessional. Despite presenting undeniable proof that the transaction was fraudulent, the company begrudgingly agreed to refund the money but had the audacity to attempt to deduct £10, hiding behind a questionable “policy.” Well, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says otherwise, and I will not stand for this unfair and potentially unlawful practice. They may have succeeded in enforcing this with others, but they have met their match. The numerous reviews from other customers demonstrate a clear pattern of this behavior. This is not just unethical—it is unacceptable. Their actions undermine basic principles of fairness, morality, and customer care.
