Due to a love of all things property related and starting out in the industry at 18 years old, I have developed a passion for seeing the transition that happens in property development.
Imagine one day you have an idea, the next you are looking at drawings and images on a large piece of paper, and the 6 months or so later you are witness to people and families smiles and enjoyment as they enter their new home or extension.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The idea that I could deliver a service or product and be in control of the process and then at the end have people happy and satisfied with what I have done.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have had to deliver more and more of our services via communication tools like Zoom and Teams and will regularly spend at least half of the day using these methods to liaise with clients thus limiting physical interaction but still delivering a great service.

Survey
We will measure your home and the relevant parts of your surrounding land to produce CAD drawings of your site.
Design
We will then consider and produce multiple design options for you, based on clear floor plans and elevations so the interior and exterior design are in perfect harmony. This process will then allow you to make comments and amendments to the design, and put across ideas before the finalising stages of the design.
Planning Application
We will submit and manage the planning process for you – The majority of the time this process is very straight forward, and our clients get approved with very little resistance as we have years of experience working alongside local planning departments and their appeals procedures.
Building Regulations Detailed Drawings & Design
We create large detailed scale drawings that are favourable to our builders and will form the basis of builder’s quotes and a ‘blueprint’ for construction. We will also produce and obtain the Building Regulations approval prior to starting any works.
