What do you love most about your job?
That even with smaller projects I keep employers compliant with law, but also educate on ethical standards. This attracts and retains workers to the business. There is no better feeling in my job than knowing I’ve contributed to the success of the business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I realised that policies and processes as well as sensitive topics such as redundancies and dismissals had a clear gap. The gap was that it was mainly a tick box exercise - meaning these processes existed but provided no benefit to the company. I was inspired to make a difference with compliancy and practice after witnessing many employment tribunal cases in my time.
