Assisting others in their personal and professional development is a privilege. You enter into a unique relationship, especially when coaching, which is unlike the usual relationships we have in life. I learn from those whom i am lucky enough to work with every single day as they share with me their world.
One word - variety. Running my own coaching practice and facilitating Management and Leadership courses offers me a wide breadth of industries, people, cultures and challenges. I have 30 years of experience across many market sectors and countries, travelling internationally to train and coach. All of that variety I can readily bring to bear when coaching and training.
I hold a Masters in Coaching from Warwick University with Distinction and have over 30 years of experience in the personal and professional development industry. I have run Management and Leadership Training for many different organisations in the UK and around the world. As a result I have the pleasure of meeting, working with and being inspired by people from all walks of life. I can honestly say Alison was fantastic! From her prompt initial contact to a thorough planning process and super professional delivery of the keynote at our staff away day, Alison was great. We are a relatively small local charity team, and she took time to get to know us, our objectives and the key results we wanted for our awayday. Her energy both pre event and most importantly during the event was very high and infectious! Oh, and the IT went down at our event so Alison had to improvise on the spot which she did brilliantly and professionally. Honestly I can't speak highly enough of the quality and professionalism of Alison and her team. Our highly diverse staff team also gave great feedback on Alison. Don't hesitate in booking her as your speaker!

From the first contact Alison was engaged, enthused and a pleasure to deal with (and her ops director!). The way Alison delivered her talk was so fun, relevant to our event and everyone was captivated listening to her. She really got everyone excited and we were thrilled to have her as our guest. Would highly recommend Alison to bring that something special to any size event (we were just a small event of 18). Thank you Alison - we look forward to seeing you at future events!

Alison blessed us by attending our ladies in leadership day at Royal ascot. She gave a fabulous speech and inspired so many in the room with her stories and advice. I feel really thankful to have met a fellow vivacious and positive Scot! Would 100% recommend Alison and will be asking her back without a doubt
