I started on the tools with my dad when I was 16, learning the basics hands-on and working alongside him on all sorts of jobs. Over the years I took on more responsibility, built up my own skills, and worked across a wide range of projects. About 10 years later, I turned that experience into a full-time business, and I’ve been continuing to learn, grow, and deliver quality work ever since.

What do you love most about your job?
What I love most is taking an idea, sometimes just a rough sketch or a conversation, and turning it into something real that people can use and enjoy every day. There’s a satisfaction in working with my hands, problem-solving on the spot, and seeing the quality of the finish come together. But the best part is knowing the customer is genuinely happy with the result.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I grew up around the trade, working with my dad from a young age, and I always enjoyed the hands-on side of it. Over time I realised I wanted to take that experience, the standards I was taught, and build something of my own. Starting my own business gave me the freedom to focus on quality, take pride in the work I deliver, and build direct relationships with customers. It felt like the natural next step after years of learning, grafting, and developing my skills.
