His communication was clear in terms of what needed to be done, why, and how he would do it.
Jamie turned up and got the job done with no fuss and minimal disruption. Took all waste material with him leaving our place clean and tidier than he found it.
Add to that he’s a lovely guy. Even followed up with a phone call after repairing our leaking roof to make sure everything was ok after a heavy downpour. What fantastic service.
