Very quick and professional visit

I would give 0 stars if I could, the man that came to spray the house was lovely, couldn’t fault him, although after the first spray not working I asked the company to come and respray the house, unfortunately that didn’t work either, after contacting the company to complain and ask for a refund I was told that it was my fault it didn’t work (even though I’d been given the wrong after care advise) I received the aftercare sheet a week after the second spray, why I wasn’t given this to start I don’t know. I was also told the prescribed advocate that I gave my dog wasn’t working! I phoned another company to come and sort the problem to be told the product they used was banned a year ago and is highly toxic, (I was sent legislation to back this up) I had let this product be sprayed in my house twice with a toddler and a newborn baby thinking it was completely safe! I’ve called and emailed the company countless times and I’m now being ignored! Disgusting customer service! Avoid avoid avoid!
