Having worked in the industry for several years before starting Buzz Design in 1991, I saw a gap in the market for high-quality, customized services that truly cater to the unique needs of each client. I wanted to create a company that not only delivers exceptional designs but also builds strong, lasting relationships with clients. The drive to make a tangible difference in the business community and the excitement of entrepreneurship motivated me to take the leap and start my own business.

We regularly work with client's in Europe, Japan and the United States — but never forget some local client's like our very own milkman. From initial consultations via video calls to project management and design reviews through online platforms, we ensure seamless communication and efficient, transparent workflow. Our remote capabilities allow us to serve clients from all over the world while maintaining the high quality and personalised service we are known for.

During the previous Covid-19 pandemic, we implemented several measures to make work possible and successful for our team and clients alike. We conducted meetings and consultations virtually to minimise physical contact. Our team worked remotely, ensuring uninterrupted service and support. For any necessary in-person interactions, we followed the protocols most relevant at that time. These changes ensured that we continued to provide exceptional service while prioritising the health and safety of our clients and team members. Many of the changes implemented during this time were hugely beneficial for the company and we kept them in place to this day.
