I would not recommend Bravo London. The quality of their work is far from what they advertise on Instagram and their website. The images they showcase online are completely misleading compared to what you actually receive. The craftsmanship is poor, with noticeable imperfections and a lack of attention to detail. Very pleased with Bravo and special thanks to Roman who handled the project professionally from start to finish. The team helped me build a custom-made wardrobe / home office with integrated lights. Roman understood immediately from a phone conversation what I was looking for, and from then it was a seamless process: (i) quick on-site room inspection by Roman, (ii) measurements of the room taken by Bravo team, (iii) two-day installation (timeline was exactly as initially planned), and (iv) post-installation fixing of minor cosmetic points. Always very responsive throughout the process to discuss details. Can highly recommend Bravo if you look for a bespoke furniture solution with excellent service. Working at Bravo for 2 years allowed me to really gain confidence in the workmanship of the company. After moving 2 hours away and leaving my job with Bravo, I searched locally far and wide to find a company who can fill me with confidence like Bravo did and hoping to get a cheaper quote for my project for my office and collector room for my Hobby of collecting and selling Pokemon TCG Products. I could not find anyone firstly who works with materials of the quality that Bravo do, but also who offer the level of workmanship that Bravo do. The price also did not just beat, but smashed everyone else who had quoted me. It was an honour to work for Bravo in the past and an even bigger honour to experience their services as a paying customer. My room is absolutely stunning! What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As of Monday 12th April, our showroom is now open.
In England our In Home Design service and Installation services are still running as normal.

Home design visits
We're making them safer
Because the safety of our customers and staff is more important than anything else, the way we carry out our free home design visits will be a little different:
1) Temperature:
Every morning, every Bravo London designer must tell us whether they or anyone they live with has shown signs of Coronavirus in the last 24 hours. And every morning, each one will take their own temperature. If there’s the slightest sign they may have been in contact with the virus, they won’t be allowed to carry out any visits until we know it’s safe for them to do so.
2) Protective equipment:
Every designer will wear a fresh facemask and disposable gloves for every visit and bring their own hand sanitiser.
3) Social distancing:
Our designer will do their best to stay at least 2m away from anyone else while they’re in your house.
Our installation service is running as normal, and all of our installers are taking the same protective measures as described above.
If you have already placed your order with us and have been given a date for survey, delivery or installation, then this date remains unchanged.
