Excellant service from day one recieved an excellant quote within 24hrs which we accepted .
The work commenced within a week had an orangery style conservatory built and the bricklayers plumbers and electricians were all excellant tradesmen and the work flowed beautifully the work is now complete and we would highly reccomend this company and we would use them again in the future for anymore work we require.

We had a conservatory built with a light weight tiled roof by bespoke. After a while through bad weather we started getting a leak near the velux window. How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Make sure it’s structurally safe
An architect or surveyor will be able to advise you whether your garage is suitable to convert, particularly the soundness of the walls, roof and foundations. Some are too poorly built or decrepit in which case it might be cheaper to knock down and replace. If your garage is constructed of block or brick and structurally sound, it should be okay but will still need an interior fit-out. Garages are not usually designed to be habitable spaces. Typically, they are built with a single skin brick or block wall and without insulation. To convert into a home office, the walls will need to be plaster boarded, insulated and decorated. The footings will also need to be inspected to make sure they are up to scratch
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
The floor will have to be lifted if its to low.
Membrane . Then min 75mm insulation. Then floating floor or concrete floor.
Insulate walls and roof as it may only be single skin brick work.
Brick garage door up and fit upvc window.
This should all be carried out under building control approvel
