I really couldn’t praise this team enough!! They take pride in using the best materials, so they last, and the finished job shows why. Yet are still reasonably priced in comparison with others. I had a bit of an emergency and decided to change bathroom whilst my leak was going to be rectified anyway. So Gloud and his team made sure my installation date was a priority before I fell through the floor. The install was flawless, plumber, joiner, electrician, and tilers all turned up as scheduled as project managed by the Aqua team so well! Recently moving to the area and not knowing anyone I was very wary about this project, but I am glad I went with the many recommendations I was given to use Aqua! Fantastic service from the Dumfries installation team we had. The attention to detail and suggestions the came up with on the job to make my bathroom even better were amazing! ! These guys really care about their job. Our initial consultation with margot was not a typical sales pitch it was all about giving us ideas to keep price down without compromising too much. I couldn’t have had a better experience with aqua bathrooms. Margot the design surveyor was the first person I spoke to and she got my vision over the phone in minutes! Then my design consultation with Margot got my excitement back for my new bathroom after a run of grumpy tradesmen that wouldn’t listen and just wanted home for their dinner.
