Derek came to my home when I just moved in - I leaked the conservatory roof, which he stated just might require some strength glue. He asked for £300 upfront and declared the job would not cost more than £800.
**AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!**
**UNTRUSTWORTHY – DECEITFUL –**
When I moved into my new home, I sought help for a leak in the conservatory roof. Derek assured me it could be easily fixed with strong adhesive and requested £300 upfront, promising that the total cost would not exceed £800.
He claimed that a colleague would come by in just a few days to complete the work. However, when his colleague arrived, they insisted that I needed an entirely new roof! I was stunned and reminded him that Derek specifically said only extra-strength sealant was necessary. After consulting with Derek over the phone, the colleague then claimed I needed to replace two panels, totaling £800.
In desperation, I agreed to order the panels, but then I heard nothing for the next five months.
I tirelessly pleaded for my £300 refund, sending countless emails and even visiting their supposed office, which turned out to be a law firm!
As of December 2025, there is a notice against them at Companies House, and they need to be shut down.
I have all the evidence: text messages, phone calls with Derek, and an invoice containing a fraudulent address.
**DON’T BE FOOLED – READ THE REAL REVIEWS AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!**
He advised that his colleague would come over to do the job in a few days - when his colleague arrived he stated that I need a whole new roof; then after I explained that Derek stated it just needed some extra strenght sealent - he called Derek who then stated that I need to replace two of the panels which would amount to £800.
As it was leaking I agreed to ordering the panel - I DID NOT HEAR FROM THE FOR THE NEXT 5 MONTHS.........................
I begged and pleded for my £300 pounds back sents emails and even when to the address - WHICH WAS AN ACCOUNT FIRM.
They have a notice against them at company house dated December 2025. They NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.
I have all the text messages and phones calls sent to Derek and I have a copy of the invoice with the fraudulent address.

From the initial contact by this firm we could not have been more pleased. They made a swift appointment that suited our diary and managed to provide a full project solution that matched our wish list perfectly.

I have been in business for myself for just over 5 years. However, I have been in the Building Trade for over 30 years.

We most love the look on a satisfied Customers face all the way through a project. It makes it all worthwhile.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had been completing all the managerial tasks of an Eco Company for a number of years and decided to venture out into business ownership for myself. I could not be more pleased as the satisfaction of another successful installation far outweighs the stress that goes with being the Boss!

Advice can be be provided to clients remotely with regard to regulations and product provision, but in general we would want to visit the clients premises and complete site surveys to ensure the best possible outcome for the Customer.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During the pandemic our business complied fully with Government Guidelines in regard to the Covid 19 Virus. It caused a considerable downturn in the volume of business available in our market place, even though the property owners were potentially better off financially and indeed, wanted to complete these home improvements. We managed to complete a steady flow of work whilst complying with all Health & Safety precautions and this has provided us with a secure platform and Customer Base moving forward. The company has now grown into the next phase of our development and we are pleased to announce that we have just successfully completed our Incorporation (July 2023).
