The fitter was very capable and did a good job. He finished earlier than estimated but AHM did not revise the estimation for labour costs. They said and I quote " It's important to note that if the installation were to take longer than anticipated, there would be no additional charges incurred." I found this very unusual but perhaps it is standard practice in bathroom fitters. More...

What do you love most about your job?
Knowing that we are making a difference every day by enabling people to bathe safely and independently. It makes such a difference to a person's well being.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My father had Parkinson's disease and having worked in the mobility industry I witnessed vulnerable people being ripped off by company's who charged a fortune for poor quality work and little to no after care or customer service. I wanted to change that. So with my wife Julie, a nurse at the time, we decided to create Assisted Health and Mobility (AHM) to design and install accessible bathrooms that truly helped people.

We can offer intial discussions on the telephone but we do usually require a home visit to measure the bathroom and assess individual bathing needs
