Hakan did a fantastic job on renovating our master bathroom. As first time homeowners this entire process was new to us and we weren’t too sure what we were doing! Hakan always responded in a timely manner to any queries we had and any time a challenge arose in some of our design ideas, he was quick to offer a solution or an alternative option. The work took just over 2 weeks and every evening we came home to find he had cleared away as much dust, dirt and rubbish as was possible. Hakan did an awesome job fitting my new kitchen and laying a new wooden floor in my flat. He took up the old wood floor and fitted a new one and then fitted my new flat pack kitchen. It wasn't the easiest space / kitchen as it was a small one bedroom flat however her tackled obstacles practically and finished everything professionally and to a really high standard. Hakan recently fitted our new bathroom. He was punctual, communicative and thorough. He delivered what he said he would deliver to time and budget and with minimal disruption. Hakan replaced everything in my bathroom for me including floor/wall tiles. Bathroom now looks great and high quality, largely due to Hakan’s skills as the new bath tub, basin, tiles etc were not high-end but from the mid-range/lower end of the market. When Hakan finished my bathroom, I immediately asked him to do my kitchen. I didn’t bother getting other quotes because I knew his quote would be fair and more importantly that the job would be done well, no leaks, no shoddiness or shortcuts etc. Like the bathroom the kitchen now looks great and works well. Midway in the kitchen refit I asked Hakan if he could change the layout to what I’d originally asked as with the worktops/cabinets in place I could now see what I’d originally asked wasn’t going to work. To Hakan’s great credit he agreed and didn’t charge me extra for having to redo some of his work.
I found Hakan extremely hardworking, efficient and knowledgeable. Always courteous and considerate, easy to communicate with, always arrived when he said he would, freely gave advice when asked and he will advise what’s best/economical and not what would be easiest for him or bring in more money. Another tradesman had said my worktops couldn’t be replaced because of the damage it would cause to the wall tiles. Hakan replaced my worktops with minimal damage to the surrounding tiles. Hakan freely collected DIY goods for me saving me delivery costs. He also repaired a cracked floor tile without me asking and didn’t charge for it.
