I have been working with Fighting Fit PT for the past 18mths and have thoroughly enjoyed my sessions. My fitness has increased, weight dropped, confidence increased.
I’ve always struggled with my weight and sticking to diets but working with Les has helped keep me focussed on my goals we set together. I definitely wouldn’t of kept this focused if I just joined a gym.
I love all the circuits we do, 5ks we do together and the best part is he lets me punch him at the end of each session!
Les is a fantastic trainer, approachable and really cares about his clients. Anyone looking for more than a PT give him a call you won’t regret it.
Thanks Les 🥊🥊💥

I've used Fighting Fit PT a number of times. Les always does a great job getting me fit for pre season or helping me bulk up.

His training sessions can be tailored to your needs we always get fantastic results.

Highly recommended!

Q&A

We agree a long term goal to work towards then set some short term goals that we can evaluate along the way to ensure we’re moving in the right direction.

Work hard, eat right and enjoy your fitness journey.

Training with different types of people. Seeing good results and teaching a little about boxing.

My own passion for boxing, keeping fit and learning new training methods

I try to keep my training sessions similar whilst gradually introducing new training methods and equipment. I’ll give you ideas on training that you can do at home or in your own gym and also offer nutritional advice.
