I am a personal trainer specializing in weight loss and strength and conditioning. I also focus on boxing/kick boxing as a more enjoyable form of cardio. Aside from training I am also a qualified nutritionist. Nutrition plays a big part in reducing body fat and increasing muscle and I make sure all my clients are on a personalised plan.

When I moved to a new area I was looking for something different. I had been training regularly for a few years but had seen minimal results and my motivation was low but then I met Adil and everything changed! Adil made me feel comfortable straight away, he has high standards, is super knowledgeable and makes our sessions challenging, varied and fun! This has motivated me to focus on training more regularly and he has also given me tips on nutrition. I have lost 19kg in just over 3 months and am still amazed at how quickly I have seen results! I started training with Adil seriously since October 18 . I say seriously as I attempted since January 18 but i couldn’t priortise training then due to personal circumstances. I came back and since October with Adil’s support, motivation and commitment I’ve managed to lose almost two stones!! It’s truly a pleasure to train with him as he knows when to push me when I’m about to give up and also tailors my program to suit my hectic life in the NHS. I have been training with Adil for over a year now. My goal was to increase my strength and fitness and tone up, and I am pleased to say I can see and feel the difference. Diet is 70% of the process whether it be decreasing body fat or gaining muscle. You can’t out train a bad diet.

On the other hand you can also gain weight while eating healthy foods. As a nutritionist I give all my clients programmes and educate them on what they should be eating depending on their goals.

I help my clients reach their goals by choosing enjoyable ways to work out. I also give relevant advice to the individual to keep them on task and so that they have a better understanding of health and well being. This may include nutrition, programmes etc.

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is finding something that is enjoyable that you can adhere to. Often times people are so focused on the end result that they don’t enjoy the process. Consistency is key when it comes to reaching your goals

I started personal training because of my love for sports and athletics. I also love the challenge of working with individuals towards their goals, and take satisfaction in seeing them achieve

I am not a personal trainer that will tell you to not drink alcohol and eat brown rice, chicken and broccoli everyday. Although eating healthy is important I believe in slowly making fitness part of an individual’s lifestyle. I use my knowledge in personal training and nutrition to tailor it to my clients lifestyle. I aim to help my clients build good habits over time

I offer three different ways of training. I offer a zoom membership (online), park sessions (in Queen’s Park) and gym sessions (also in Queen’s Park)

If In the park I always spray down all equipment before use. I also give my clients the option to spray and clean the bit of equipment they are about to use before using it.

The gyms follows COVID protocols, taking temperature on arrival. Aside from this all equipment is cleaned daily, there are also anti back spray and wipes around the gym available if members want it
