How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help my clients reach their goals by choosing enjoyable ways to work out. I also give relevant advice to the individual to keep them on task and so that they have a better understanding of health and well being. This may include nutrition, programmes etc.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret to getting the body of your dreams is finding something that is enjoyable that you can adhere to. Consistency is key when it comes to reaching your goals.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing progression in my clients. Theres no better feeling then helping my clients reach there goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started personal training because of my love for sports and athletics. I am passionate about the concept of movement which is why I am currently undergoing a 2 year pilates teacher training course.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am not the bog standard personal trainer that will tell you not to drink alcohol and eat brown rice, chicken and broccoli everyday. Although eating healthy is important I believe in choosing a method that you can adhere to.
