Whilst working in the NHS as an A&E sister and practitioner, I suffered from stress and anxiety which lead to burnout and PTSD. I know how difficult it is to access help and to bring about lasting change. Having had hypnotherapy and practiced Yoga and breathwork, I was able to overcome the associated anxiety and depression and as someone who has spent their adult life helping others, I wanted to be able to help those who were in the same place as I was and give them the chance for lasting change with freedom from these conditions. This is why I retrained and now offer a combination of hypnotherapy, NLP, breathwork and Yoga depending on what a client needs.

My clients have been able to overcome stress and anxiety as a result of psychological traumas whether that was through work or from abusive relationships within working with me for one or two sessions. My aim is to free you so you don't need me in as short a time as possible. I am not here for repeat business, I am here to help you overcome your problems starting from the first session. I have had clients overcome fears and phobias in one session. I want you to be able to leave our session knowing that lasting change is already happening.
The majority of my clients prefer to have their appointments online at a time that is suitable for them via Zoom. Initial appointments are 90 minutes so I can guide them through what to expect and answer any questions that come up. Follow-up appointments are usually 60 minutes as my clients know what to expect from a session so other than reviewing their progress and incorporating any new experiences or issues that have been noticed after resolving the main problem, the follow-up session is more relaxed. I followup all clients either by email or through messenger depending on which medium they prefer 3-4 days after the initial session (and the same after the second session if they have one) and then after a month to see how everything is going)
