Shane is an absolute gem. He explained everything about our old system to us so well. There was no obligation to get a new system but we needed an upgrade so we did. We often had to ask the same question again (coz it’s not our day job) but he’s very happy to keep explaining until we understood, because he’s keen to understand the customer’s needs and genuinely wants to fulfil them.
