Dale and Ryan came around as soon as they could and confirmed what was needed. There was a bunch of issues with the original construction. Dale did all he could to fit us in as soon as possible and then he and Ryan worked a monster 13hr day to get our roof fixed and safe again. Their quality of work is excellent. DH just got the job done with minimal fuss. They were polite, friendly, conscious of our neighbours and property and despite finishing in the evening after doing 13hrs very hard graft they still spent another hour tidying everything. Dale even cleared my awkward to reach drains! We are extremely happy with the work. Dale did all he could to keep the cost down on a job we all knew HAD to be done. I was worried roofers would see the urgency as a chance to ramp up prices and take advantage but Dale gave us a very fair price regardless of us being over a barrell and needing the work doing immediately. That's a sign of an honest tradesperson if ever there was one. I don't expect to need a roofer again anytime soon but if I did I'd have Dale and Ryan back in a heartbeat.
