DH recommended after getting woken at 4:30 AM when 3kg of ridge tile decided to break away and slide off the roof. It could have caused thousands in car damage or worse, really hurt someone. I'm embarrased to say it wasn't the first time either. We'd thought the last time was storm damage but that obviously wasn't the case. Having only been here a few years we had to accept the ridge line on our home clearly had some serious issues. We did what everyone does and put a message out to family and friends, anyone know a roofer? Someone put Dale forward and we are so glad they did. Dale and Ryan came around as soon as they could and confirmed what was needed. There was a bunch of issues with the original construction. Dale did all he could to fit us in as soon as possible and then he and Ryan worked a monster 13hr day to get our roof fixed and safe again. Their quality of work is excellent. DH just got the job done with minimal fuss. They were polite, friendly, conscious of our neighbours and property and despite finishing in the evening after doing 13hrs very hard graft they still spent another hour tidying everything. Dale even cleared my awkward to reach drains! We are extremely happy with the work. Dale did all he could to keep the cost down on a job we all knew HAD to be done. I was worried roofers would see the urgency as a chance to ramp up prices and take advantage but Dale gave us a very fair price regardless of us being over a barrell and needing the work doing immediately. That's a sign of an honest tradesperson if ever there was one. I don't expect to need a roofer again anytime soon but if I did I'd have Dale and Ryan back in a heartbeat. When I next get asked "anyone know a roofer" I'll have no hesitation in recommending DH Roofing Contractors. More...
