1 word to describe my experience with Storm K9 - Perfect. We took Bagheera to them when he was 8 months old - he was full of uncontrollable excited energy. If the front door opened he was gone. There was no recall. He’d run across the road with no hesitation. (Thankfully we live on a very quiet road) There was no way of letting him off the leash, he’d jump on every person that went past. Pull the lead and much more. During- Manny built an amazing bond with Bagheera. Training was built around his needs and not generic. Bagheera would during some sessions show stubbornness and in others be more engaged but every sessions was built around him. One of the great thing as a dog owner I learnt from Storm K9 was understanding my dog. After a couple of months with Storm K9, Bagheera’s relationship with us as a family is amazing. I can now take him on walks freely and rely on him to stay with me or come back to me with no hesitation. No fear of him running across the road after seeing something or concerns he might try bite me while I put a sock on. I can not thank Storm K9 enough. I really would recommend using them to anyone who is in need of a dog trainer.

We cannot praise Victoria enough! Our Labrador suddenly became reactive to other dogs and people, leaving us stuck at home due to our negative experiences outdoors. During our first meeting, she asked detailed questions about our dog’s history, daily routine, and overall health, and suggested a vet consultation, which revealed a GI tract issue that required medication. With her expert guidance and the appropriate treatment, we are now witnessing significant improvement in our dog's behavior. Victoria truly demonstrates a deep knowledge and professionalism in her work.

Emma is a wonderful dog whisperer ! When we leave our dog Ralph with her, he comes back to us a much better behaved dog . Ralph loves Emma, and I can tell she loves the dogs she looks after. She is worth every penny. I would highly recommend her.

Lisa was excellent, she took time to educate me as I have never had a puppy before, I've had rescue dogs but never a puppy. Albany pet service are very informative and very helpful. They helped me understand a puppy's behaviour. I have and would happily recommend them to anyone.

We could not be happier enough for what Elena from LonDogsCrew did for our curly poodle. One can tell she knows what she's doing when it comes to handling, educating and taking care of dogs. Ours is a tricky dog to deal with, but that has been no issue for Elena. Our poodle had a very happy, long stay with her. He's had plenty of long walks in the park along with other dogs. He was taken care of brilliantly and, perhaps most importantly, he greatly benefited from the experience Elena has when it comes to educating dogs and smoothing out "rough edges" a dog might have (which ours definitely had!). We would highly, highly recommend LonDogsCrew and will definitely take our doggo to her again in the future.

Alon has been fantastic in helping us train our cockapoo puppy, Enzo. Our dog loves him Over the sessions, Enzo has developed a very solid recall and has significantly improved his worst trait - walking on leash. I've already recommended Alon to number of friends who are looking for a friendly and effective trainer who promotes positive reinforcement and boundaries.
