Anita has over 10 years experience working in the NHS alongside some of the UK’s leading consultants and nurses.
Registered associate nutritionist with master’s in nutrition and behaviour. Services include one to one consultations (face to face or online) for weight management, general health and meal planning. We also offer nutrition and lifestyle content writing and nutrition regulation advice.

A good nutrition is so important your food choices each day affect your health — how you feel today, tomorrow, and in the future. Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you reach and maintain a healthy weight, also a good healthy diet is very important to reduce your risk of chronic diseases.
What do you love most about your job?
One of the things I enjoy most about being a Nutritional therapist is that every day you meet new people from different backgrounds with different stories to tell. It’s also very rewarding when you give someone some advice and it works for them. it’s great to see someone who had a problem and to know that you’ve helped. Sadly sometime it does not work for everyone because I work we really sick people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My personal journey with nutrition began 10 years ago when I was having stomach problems. the reason I share such a story is to show you my reason behind why nutrition is so valuable for me. this inspired me to set up my own business so I can people in similar situations.
