Before when I used to work out on my own, with no guidance, I had no real idea with what I was doing, Just following the stickers that you probably see on the machines in PureGym, and I'd never even think of setting foot in the weight room for fear of looking like a fool amongst other gym goers.
With my food all I ever focused on was my calories deficit, and sacrificed a lot when it came to eating the food I loved.

Since working out with Muhammad, he's shown me how to make the most of my work out sessions and seeing some great gains and progress compared to before, while also helping me grow my confidence in the gym, where now that weight room is my second home. When its come to my food he's provided great pointers and guidance which have helped allow me to enjoy the food I loved again, but in such a way that helps me keep on track with build muscle, while dropping clothes sizes. It feels soo good to be able to be able to just buy clothes off the rack now, rather than having to shop around online for the plus sized selections. Couldn't recommend him more highly.

Absolutely amazing! Muhammad is very knowledgeable in the fitness industry. He's always happy to answer any questions and help you to improve on your journey, making the sometimes tough days a bit more barrable, there is no judgement only positivity on moving forward and helping understanding where you can do better and why something work better than others. A healthy diet is crucial for maintaining optimal health and wellbeing. Consuming nutritious foods provides the body with essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients necessary for proper function. It can help prevent chronic diseases, boost the immune system, improve energy levels, support mental clarity, and enhance overall quality of life. Eating a well-balanced diet promotes physical health, mental wellness, and longevity. Remember, "You are what you eat"! (Don't take that quote literally)

Depending on the individual goal. The way I help my clients isn't generic, it is all tailored to the specific person. However, I go beyond expectations to ensure the goals are met for the clients.

Fitness has always been something I love and enjoy from a young age. Another thing I also enjoy is helping people. Putting the two together is a no brainer. Start a business where I help people that struggle to achieve their fitness goals, whether it is a weight loss, gain muscle, toning up or just a general 'I want to be healthier than what I am' goals.

Why shouldn't the clients choose me...? Rather than choosing someone that just tells you: 'do this exercise, don't eat much, have 1 treat day a week, I'll check up on you before next week start'. Instead choose someone that: 'do this exercise because this will help you with your flexibility, eat (number based on individual age, height, weight and exercise activity) calorie based on a certain amount of carbs, fats and protein (tailored to individual), you don't have to sacrifice the foods you love and contact me if you have any questions at any time. (This is just an example) I want my clients to achieve their goals, for them. Not for me to add to my testimonials. That's just a bonus for me.

I am a hybrid personal trainer. This means I can provide you with online coaching as well as in-person (only local). This is basically a personal trainer in your pocket. I will enrol you to an invite only app where I keep track of everything. This includes your workout routine, exercise changes, goals, nutrition metrics, and many more.

Majority of my clients are online only. Customers must look after themselves and adhere to the facility rules to stay save when working out at a gym. I do however let the customers know that if they are ill for whatever reason to contact me so I can adjust their training (meaning cancel until they regain healthy status).
