Mount pleasant massage exeter
Hi I am professional female massage therapist qualified in Swedish massage & very good at deep tissue massage. Also qualified in lava shell warming back massage & Hopi ear candling. You can check out my reviews & offers on my Facebook page under mount pleasant massage Exeter.
Hope to hear from you soon. ?
I've been to Sharna many times. She always give my aching back a really good work over and I feel 100% better after. She really knows how to give a real deep tissue massage and work the problem areas.
Also have ear candling here. This I can't recommend high enough. I've always had problems hearing especially on the telephone and actually thought it was my age and I was just going deaf... Apparently not! I have candling regularly now and my hearing is perfect!
thanks Sharna ?

Edit: In an edit to the below review I posted a couple of weeks ago, I have come to the end of my initial first 6 weeks with Paul and done my measurements. In 6 weeks I have lost 4 inches off my waist, 3 inches from my stomach, 3 inches from hips/bum and many more inches elsewhere!!! Hooray!!! :-)
Original: I first looked for a personal trainer to help me to lose weight, I just searched applied to a database of trainers and Paul contacted me back. We had our initial meeting to talk about what I wanted from training and it was clear from the start that Paul was full of knowledge and really cared about helping people reach their fitness and health goals. I have now been training with Paul for over a month and the improvements I have seen in myself is amazing, it is no longer just about losing weight for me either. Paul has helped me immensely with nutrition, exercise and general lifestyle. In just 5 short weeks I am less stiff and aching, especially first thing in the morning, my energy is up, I am sleeping better and the inches are coming off. I could not recommend Paul highly enough as a personal trainer.
Devon School of Reiki
The Devon School of Reiki (based in Exeter) provides high quality Reiki training to individuals, groups and children wanting to learn Usui Reiki from experienced and committed Reiki Masters. We enable our students to gain a thorough understanding of the principles of Reiki and we aim to achieve this by using innovative and informative methods and tools of teaching, whilst honouring Usui's original teaching method.
I took the Reiki 1 workshop with Sam last week. Sam is an amazing teacher, I cam away from the workshop with all the information I need at this stage and felt like I was in a bubble! Sam delivered the information required in an understandable manner, she is very friendly and approachable. The placement was delivered in a highly sensitive manner too, and we were given the right tools to deal with the energy shift. I have all the information to now carry on with my Reiki journey. I will be back for Reiki 2 at some stage! Would highly recommend.

I had several long standing injuries that were inhibiting my training and were simply not improving. Rehabilitating these has been a tricky, ongoing process and Sally Lynch at First Physio has been instrumental in helping me do this. Her expertise has led to me being able to move better than I have in a long time, which in turn has had many positive effects in both training and life in general. I would highly recommend First Physio.
Healthy Living with Paola Royal
With my background in Physiotherapy I continued my journey to inspire people to Healthy Living through Body,Mind and Nutrition approach.
I’ve used other chiropractors in the past but none of them come close to Rock Chiropractic and their team, specifically Dr Sari.
Their advanced X-Ray machines along with Dr Sari’s extensive knowledge of the human anatomy helped me to finally correct my spine back to its natural position.
Would highly recommend!!
Love training with Kerrie..been with her a while now and she pushes me even when I think I can't do it and I can ;) Enjoy every session!
* It's been 2 years now of training with Limitless and I look forward to the next 2 years of them putting me through hell (joke haha.. kinda.. ).
Kerrie the head trainer has been brilliant and I would highly recommend her.. still : ) .*.
Before I went to Mike I had been suffering with knee pain from a young age (about 11 years old) whenever I ran, which meant whenever I competed or trained I would have to strap my knees up, as this is the solution provided by other sports physios I had been to. However, I was still getting knee pain and it started to effect me when I was swimming as well.
It only took a few sessions with Mike, in which he worked on improving my posture and breathing when running, before I could run with absolutely no tape and no pain at all.
Now, a few years later, will still occasionally get knee pain but rarely, and I know how to sort it out. I can run without any pain which was something that was alien to me before.
Would seriously recommend, first physiotherapy I've ever had that has been so effective so quickly and with such lasting benefits.
