I normally use the spa for a regular pedicure, but on occasion I have had massage therapies and reflexology both of which have given instant and long lasting relief.I was introduced to Amber through word of mouth, which is why I decided to write this review. What do you love most about your job?
I get great satisfaction from reading my Clients "Very Pleased" comments in our Day Book.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was originally from (Goa, India via Africa - 45 years ago) I did not really have a choice. So when I moved to Plymouth in 1987 I went on every training course possible. Fortunately my husband was able to support me at the time. Now it's my turn to support him, as he has "retired". I still continue to go on regular training courses to up-date my skills. The latest series being advanced Post operative Scar Adhesion Reduction.
Why should our clients choose you?
No real reason, but as most (65%) of our new Customers come by Client recommendation, maybe it's something to do with the quality of the service we try and provide. We have two annual quality awards.
