We offer personal trainer sessions; kickboxing classes: circuit training and strength and fitness coaching. We deliver transformation for people of all ages and abilities: from new mums, busy professionals and parents to sports teams, serious athletes, children and people in their 80s. Whether your goal is to walk or jog a mile, lose baby weight, improve your sporting technique or just have fun, we will get you there.

Our core style is the original military Taekwondo which is renowned for its kicking techniques, but we also place a great deal of importance on our students developing their punching ability. Keeping that in mind, we incorporate boxing pad workouts and drills into the classes. Our self-defence training is wide ranging covering many aspects such as escaping from grabs and holds, applying joint lock applications and optional additional classes on throws and groundwork techniques.

We have Taekwon-Do classes based in Leicestershire. The martial art school is run by Mr Nicholas Overton V Dan and Mr David Martin II Dan. We train twice a week at Southfield Drive Leisure Centre. We teach a variety of classes in ITF Taekwondo within Leicester for ages 8 years and above. We attend regular Seminar with Grandmaster Trevor Nicholls IX Dan and Master Wood VIII Dan in Nottingham.
