Former paramedic, turned coach. I offer a specific and rare experience due to my 10 years as a frontline emergency responder, and I’ve always had a deep curiosity for guiding people through their current struggles, or navigating and prioritising life goals. I provide an online coaching service, including a complimentary initial call and WhatsApp support. Whilst coaching is a cathartic and therapeutic experience, I don't hold any counselling qualifications, and therefore if counselling is your desired service, I may not be your ideal practitioner. That said, if you feel a pull towards working with me, then a complimentary call is available for a further discussion.
I am simply just very curious about peoples perceived problems, and find the whole process of listening with intent, and the way this gets my cogs churning the questions, extremely stimulating.
A combination of 2 things:
1. Genuine love and curiosity for connecting with and helping others.
2. Having my own 1:1 mindset coaching, and realising I too would be able to provide great coaching - paying ir back.

For me, empathy, compassion and intuition have always served me well, and are some of my most powerful attributes, because they allow me to deeply relate to, and understand a variety of client experience.
My thinking is creative, lateral, divergent and dynamic which is great for coaching, as this means I am likely to come up with questions that have you stumped, whereby answering them will send your brain down a path it hasn't been on before.
Currently online only, however if a client is local to North Wales/Cheshire, then there may be opportunity for in person sessions.
I have made ni changes as my coaching to date has all been remote, and therefore infection prevention control is not applicible.
