I can provide a remote service with consultations via video calls and on-line designs. I still provide a remote design service, but this method of working does require more input from the client, especially in measuring up their current garden or having a survey done, and sending me lots of photos.
However this method of working is not ideal and face-to-face meetings and visits to see the space to be landscaped in real life, are always preferable.
I have limited face-to-face meetings and always keep social distancing. If visiting a client, I try to meet them outside in their garden rather than indoors.
