Consultation
We commence each project with an initial consultation at your property, this invaluable time is spent to fully understand what you wish to achieve, allowing us to put together a comprehensive brief tailored to you.
Concept Design
Armed with your brief we'll produce an outline design proposal bespoke to you, on approval of this and fees, we'll begin working on your fantastic new space! We'll present to you our initial ideas, this will comprise of 2D plans, a basic 3D model/hand sketching along with
supporting conceptual imagery.
Planning Approval (if required)
We engage with local councils and other specialists to ensure a smooth process and your ensure your project obtains all the approvals required.
Developed Design
Once you have approved the concept design, we'll move onto the developed design stage, where your project really comes to life! We'll add further detail to the 3D model, producing realistic visuals supported by 2D drawings to really help you envisage your new space. Looking at your design style in more detail, we'll begin selecting materials, finishes along with lighting to give you a really comprehensive presentation of your design.
Technical Design
At this stage we'll produce a full construction drawing set of your design, detailing every aspect of your project. This document will contain all details from architectural to joinery, to the layout of electrical sockets and lighting.
Construction
For a smooth installation we'll liaise with the contractors through regular site meetings, and be on hand to support you on any decisions that need to made throughout the construction stage. This will give you peace of mind that the work being carried out is in accordance with the design drawings, and allow for an efficient cost effective install.
Handover
The final stage of the design service is to complete a final snagging exercise, ensuring you are happy with every detail of the build and your vision has been achieved. Then it's time for you sit back and enjoy your fantastic new space!
