Excellent service at a very reasonable price. The engineer (Andy) arrived at the agreed time and explained the checks he was making and provided the read outs taken as part of the service. Our boiler is quite old and the plastic top up valve key no longer works and he suggested how it can be remediated, should the pressure drop too far in the future. I sourced this company from Checkatrade.Paul scheduled me in quickly to fit around our convenience. What started out as a standard service ended up being a more serious issue meaning they worked on it for a good few hours to get the central heating back up and running ahead of a very cold weekend in November. Absolutely over the moon with our new combi boiler- switched our old baxi back boiler for a baxi combi. Paul and Andy were really helpful and polite and answered all our annoying questions really well. We used AG Fraser to install a new Worcester boiler and 4 new radiators into our home. We obtained 3 quotes and AG Fraser were one of lowest.
What swung it for us was that they provided a detailed written quote which explained all the work involved and their price rather than having a number written on an old receipt.
We were pleased with our decision as they did a great job. Their engineer was professional, efficient and did an excellent job. Before leaving, he cleaned up and hung around to show us how the boiler and controls worked. A great service.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Historically many trades have had a poor reputation which is why it is hard to select a trades person to welcome into your home.
I have witnessed poor service whilst working as an employee for large utility companies and also from services that I have bought as customer. I set up AG Fraser in the hope of being able to deliver a service which I was proud of and more importantly a service which my customers valued.
