Lewis was absolutely fantastic. Serviced my gas boiler ( replaced parts ) as well as fixing the radiator gauge and serviced the gas fire. Most importantly he checked my gas cooker as the oven switched wouldn’t turn off. He couldn’t fix ( the cooker needed new parts from the manufacturer) it but got in touch with the company and sorted a date for them to arrive and replace the items. Seriously lewis went above and beyond to make sure my mind was at ease. Nothing seems too much trouble. I will be keeping his number for the foreseeable future I’ve found a professional plumber who has a high standard and throughly enjoys his work. More...

My boiler leaked, water dripping from the bottom of the boiler. I used "Bark" to contact engineers. The first engineer came, checked, and told me it could not be repaired and should be replaced. I felt stressed about it as it was very expensive to buy a new boiler. I contacted another engineer called Lewis, he came and told me it could be repaired. He only changed parts of it with reasonable price, and it worked well since then. He also did full service for the boiler. I take great pride in being able to help my customers in their time of need, Especially on a cold dark night restoring my customers heating/water. Priceless
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for british gas for 13 years and even though i appreciated the skills and experience it gave me i could see the flaws and the lack of customer service they gave to the customers which i know i could improve on.
