As a Dog Walker based in South Bristol, I offer a range of pet care services. Primarily; I am happy to take your dog out on 1 or 2 hour long walks a day.
If you need me to look after them longer then I am happy to collect first thing in the morning and drop back later in the evening.
Or if you are going away for a really long time and need someone you can trust. I am happy to have them stay here in my home with myself.
Jake is sensitive and caring with our two dogs - they are very excited when he comes to take them out... they know that they'll be having lots of good fun. Jake has a real ability to calm them down and is unfazed by their antics. Jake has sat for us when we're away, too; he has been reliable and responsive.

Alex did a great job looking after my lively springer and Labby. They loved their time with her. They took to her straight away. I would definitely recommend Alex’s services for anyone that wants quality of care and love for their poochies. See you soon Miss Mack

Karen is the most wonderful cat sitter we could ever have found.
She has looked after our deaf baby boy like one of her own, and our little Finn has really taken to her.
She has helped us out on several occasions and we will be sure to continue to use her in the future.
We are happy to recommend Karen and her pet sitting services.

Dog friendly walks
The opportunities for dog walking in Bristol are endless. One of the best places to take dogs is Ashton Court – it’s a huge open space with lots of wildlife including deer. But don't worry, they’re all fenced in, so your pup can admire them from a safe distance. The downs are also extensive or, alternatively, a smaller space is Blaise Castle which provides everything a dog could want. A stream for splashing and swimming, woodlands for sticks and scents, large open fields for fetch, and good paths for the two legged walkers. There are plenty of secure dog walking fields on the outskirts, perfect for your pup and their walker.
We have five years of experience walking dogs across Bristol. We pride ourselves on our reliability and have built up long-lasting relationships with many of our customers and their favourite furry friends.
Hear from a professional
What do you enjoy about being a dog walker in Bristol?
Being a professional dog walker allows me to combine three of my favourite things: man’s best friend, exercise and the outdoors. Sometimes I have to remind myself that I’m getting paid to do it because I enjoy it so much! With acres of green space to explore and such a high number of dogs in the city, Bristol has turned out to be a brilliant place to start my business.
Do you get to know the dogs you exercise?
Yes, I’ve now been walking some of my clients’ dogs for over three years. I like to think that I have a special relationship with all of them but I know their owners will always be number one – which is how it should be. Nevertheless, it’s great getting to be with them for the fun parts but skip the full-time owner responsibilities! I suppose I’m a bit like a ‘cool Auntie’ in this respect.
How do you decide where to take the dogs walking?
Where I choose to take the dogs I walk depends firstly on any owner requests. I also consider the dog size, breed, and how much exercise they need. I take some of my client dogs out with fellow client pups – so long as they get on well and their owners are happy. Some owners even prefer this as it keeps their dogs socialised.
