As a Dog Walker based in South Bristol, I offer a range of pet care services. Primarily; I am happy to take your dog out on 1 or 2 hour long walks a day. If you need me to look after them longer then I am happy to collect first thing in the morning and drop back later in the evening. Or if you are going away for a really long time and need someone you can trust. I am happy to have them stay here in my home with myself.

Jake is sensitive and caring with our two dogs - they are very excited when he comes to take them out... they know that they'll be having lots of good fun. Jake has a real ability to calm them down and is unfazed by their antics. Jake has sat for us when we're away, too; he has been reliable and responsive.

Philip was really helpful and could accommodate our requirements. He provides full details of the walks and a little report on how our dog behaved as well as great photos. Our dog loves going out with Philip who tries to match up the dogs on group walks and is brilliant with them. I have every confidence and complete peace of mind that my dog will have a great time, and be completely safe and well looked after every time he happily trots off with Philip for a walk.

I am a second year student studying veterinary medicine at Bristol. I have previously worked at a kennels for two years and worked the odd dog walking job. I am very interested in beginning to dog walk regularly whilst I'm at university.

We were a little nervous about finding a dog walking group for our puppy Gus as he was only 10 weeks old and fairly nervous. However, we couldn't have found anyone better than Anna and Harry, who have truly helped Gus to be confident with other dogs by working so hard to put him at ease, and he's now a really sociable little dog which we have them to thank for.
Whenever we come home on the days Gus has been out with Anna and Harry, we can always tell that he's had a brilliant time as he's happily knackered and content. We get really thorough updates on how he's done each time, and it's great to hear how much he enjoys his trips(and always amazed at how well they put up with his occasionally crazed puppy behaviour). I would highly recommend Anna and Harry to anyone, and I'm sure Gus is even more pleased than we are that we came across them.

Thank you for always taking such wonderful care in looking after our fur babies, they get so excited in the car when we turn into your road and can’t get out quick enough to get in to see you. I know they never even look back when they stay with you and they sulk when they come home! We always go away with total piece of mind they’re happy and having a fab time with you. Thank you Tina, Gary & Molls X
How much does a Dog Walker cost?
The price of hiring a dog walker will depend on the area of the UK in which you live, with prices typically higher in the South of England and particularly in London. The cost of hiring a dog walker will often be lower in the North of England and in Scotland and Wales.
What should I look for in a Dog Walker?
The most important thing when you’re hiring a dog walker is that both you and your dog trust them. You should also ensure that your dog walker has public liability insurance that covers them in case of damage, accident or loss. The best way to find a reliable and trustworthy dog walker is by reading reviews of previous clients. When you hire a dog walker through Bark, you can browse the profiles of dog walkers in your local area and read honest reviews from genuine customers.
How many dogs can a Dog Walker walk at once?
It is recommended that a dog walker should walk a maximum of four dogs at a time, to enable them to maintain good control of each dog. Most dog walkers will give you the option of having your dog walked alone or with other dogs. Walking with other dogs will help your dog to develop valuable social skills. However, if your dog is reactive, you may prefer for them to be walked alone.
