Hi and welcome to the Grief Recovery Hub, Are You suffering from a broken heart?Did death, divorce, or the end of romantic relationship caused it or it was caused by any of the forty other losses a person might experience such as as moving, pet loss or change of finance?Regardless of the cause, you know how you feel and is probably isn't good. I am not going to tell you, i know how you feel , because i don't.Neither does anyone else because grief is unique and is very personal too.What i will do is to provide a safe environment where you will be given specific tools to help you recover from loss and ultimately lead a happier life. Here at the Grief Recovery Hub you will be working with me ( Raisa) ,a qualified Grief Recovery Specialist who uses the grief recovery support programme to help people to let go of the pain which has been generated as a result of death or loss they have experienced so that they can find healing for their broken heart and move forward to lead a happier life.I do provide this service by offering a full package of grief recovery programme through One to one and group sessions. The one to one sessions is 1hr per session, minimum 2 sessions per week(7 sessions in total as a full package) on Monday to Saturday between 9am and 4pm. Group sessions are 2hrs on Monday, 7pm to 9pm over 8 weeks period.This is all you need. Now let me give you a backgroud of the grief recovery support programme.This support programme has been developed and refined over the past 30 years by the Grief Recovery Institute in America.It has been used effectively by hundreds of thousands of grievers all over the world and has been effective in helping the grievers recover from their loss.In the U.K so far the Grief recovery Method certification programme has been around for over 10 years and is endorsed by the BACP for 30 hours CPP, Quality checked by the National Counselling Society and the Training Development Agency for Schools (TDA).

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was inspired to help people who are grieving after the lost of my mum and dad .I felt devastated by the death of my parents and i did a research which led me to a Gief Recovery Specialist who guided me through the grief recovery action plan which has helped me to find healing for my heart which was broken.The griev recovery action plan also helped me to complete othe unresolved grief in my life.From there i develop the passion to help others to let go of the pain caused by grief so that they too can move forward with their lifes.
