What do you love most about your job?
That look on my clients' faces when they feel like they've finally got some hope back, that excitement in their voice when they've achieved something they never thought they would. The thing I love the most about my 'job' is the results I get for people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked within charities for many years now doing exactly this, however, I wanted to take this and turn it into my own business, opening up my service to ANYONE who needs help, no limitations, no boundaries.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have several years of experience in mental health disorders, sexual exploitation, domestic violence, relationships, goal setting and conflict. What makes me different is that I am a trauma-based service, which means, no matter what you bring to our sessions, we can handle that together. We will not be only creating action plans on how to achieve your goals, but we will be truly healing you from any trauma that has been holding you back. There's no point in achieving your goals when you don't feel like yourself, we need to make sure you feel like you.

My service is currently all online, through phone calls or zoom. I will also be eventually opening up my sessions face to face.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Due to my services being online-based, my clients can grab a cup of tea, get their comfy pyjamas on and be at one in their own safe space. completely covid friendly.

Replacing negative habits
Over time we all develop negative habits that we may not realise is negative, until now.
We will look at those habits together and replace them with positive ones. We will do this through a combination of life-coaching/talking therapy and NLP.
Anger management
There could be many things that may be frustrating you, your work colleagues? Family members? Friends? Your partner? Or maybe it's just everything and everyone, oops. I have been working within sexual abuse for many years now, working with both children and adults, prehistoric cases and active ones too. Sometimes when we haven't processed our trauma in a healthy way, the feelings linked to it come back like a vicious circle until we learn how to handle those emotions and thoughts. Let's explore your trauma in a safe space, understand why those feelings haven't yet left you, and how you can go on to live a purposeful and happy life, despite your trauma.
Childhood Trauma
As children, we don't always understand the world or certain concepts. As we grow older into adults, our brain changes and manipulates our memories and sometimes exaggerates or minimises the effects it had on us. Sometimes we grow but our brain holds onto snippets of our childhood, why is that? Well, we can explore that together and help you stop looking into your past, live in your present and start looking towards your future.
