Through transformative experiences in my own therapy.
Why should our clients choose you?
The work of therapy is to allow you to live more freely. This may be freedom from patterns of thinking, from roles in relationships or from past events which still trouble you. My job is to listen, wonder and talk with you: we can work together to create an environment where natural processes of change can do their work.
I offer a free 30 minute phone or video call for you to get a sense of me and to ask any questions. My fees are £40 for an initial session and £50 per one hour session thereafter; there may concessionary slots available - please enquire.
I am fully insured and have regular professional supervision to ensure I meet the professional and ethical standards of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I am happy to work remotely via video link or telephone. Both routes can be used for successful therapy.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In my face to face practice I air and cleanse the room between appointments.
