I am a new Business established in janaury 2023 with a desire to work for myself.
Hourly rate is £14.50 per hour weekly. £15.00 per hour fortnightly
I offer 15% percent off first cleans
10% on booking of 10 hours (must be paid in full after first clean and 15% will still be added for your first clean. )
Cleans have to be paid for by the end of each day by midnight, if no payment is received your next appointment will be cancelled. If payment is not made a £5 late fee will be added.
Payment can be made by direct deposit or cash.
I have cleaning experience in hotels housekeeping at Belton Hotel and Spa and Dower House in Woodhall Spa.
I have previously worked in Nursing Homes and dentistry industry that requires areas to be sanitised.
In my past I have spent 12 years in Military housing, again a standard of cleanliness is a must.
My working hours:
08.00am and 16.30pm Monday to Thursday
08.00am and 13.30 Friday
Weekends I need 14 days notice my hourly rate is 1 ½
I only offer general cleans at this moment in time.
I do not offer deep cleans, i.e. refrigerator cleans, window cleaning, oven cleaning.
I provide my own cleaning products and electrical appliances. (unless other wise requested)
I can provide liability insurance upon request.

yes I provide all cleaning products from cloths, commercial cleaning products that are not hazardous , mop and bucket ( 2 heads are used to keep kitchen separate from bathroom areas). I also provide my own shark pet duo hoover, this is pat tested. I will need access to a power supply.

I Have multiply uniforms so I will always wear a new uniform top to each of my clients calls, to make sure I do not spread germs. all my clothes are washed for 3 hours. my mop heads are all washed at high temperatures.
my equipment will be wiped down between clients. I have given myself an hour and half between clients to allow travel and sanitation.
I have shoe coverings, face masks ( if client wishes these to be worn in their home) , and gloves.
All my cleaning products are commercial. It takes 30 seconds of contact with surface to kill bacteria as opposed to everyday household chemicals that take 3 to 5 minutes to take effect.
