We provide a range of laundry, ironing and cleaning services in the Portsmouth and surrounding area. We normally undertake laundry and ironing in our clean room workshop where we have vacuum pressing tables and roller ironers to achieve and professional finish. Our cleaners work both on their own and in teams depending of the type of clean we are undertaking. We like to come out and meet you before starting a clean so that we can find exactly what you need and look at the most cost effective way of delivering a service to you. We have been established since 2008 and with a background in care are able to support a variety of customers. We are members of Hampshire Trading Standards Buy With Confidence Scheme and our staff are all vetted and DBS checked.

We provide all of the equipment and supplies, with the exception of a vacuum during the Covid pandemic, unless pre-booked. This is to prevent cross contamination and allows us time to sanitise if used. The exception to this is for deep cleans/end of tenancy.

Having worked long hours in social care for many years, I had always struggled to find a good, reliable cleaner. When I moved out of social care, I decided to set my own cleaning business up providing what I had not been able to find and the business has grown from there.

We make each cleaning visit bespoke to you, always remembering it is your time and if you want to alter something for a particular visit are happy to oblige. We provide all the supplies and equipment, so that the staff are trained with everything and can clean efficiently. We supply wherever possible the same cleaning staff so that you can get to know one another and when they are familiar with your home and routine it makes cleaning more effective.

We have always been mindful when delivering our services of cross contamination issues so we have not had too much to change. Primarily one of our main changes has been to use the customer's vacuum; this is because to clean it effectively would mean washing the brush end and this would not have time to dry between visits. We have always operated with colour coded cloths and fresh cloths for each job and home; we have added a viral sanitiser into our routine, both to protect the staff and to ensure that your home is fully cleaned. We have been particularly careful that staff work either in a fixed team or work alone and have not allowed any staff to mix in the office to minimise the risk of spread and the need for self isolation. We have also asked that where customers are at home they remain in one room for the duration of the clean, swapping to another room if they need that room cleaning too. Gloves and masks are just part of the routine too.
