Family owned, domestic cleaning company who match householders with their own dedicated, regular cleaner, for an affordable rate. Cleaners are thoroughly vetted, interviews are conducted by the business owner, Lesley, in the candidate's own home. ID checks are carried out, eg, references, photographic ID and proof of address obtained before any cleaner is accepted onto our database as an approved Time For You cleaner. We provide a weekly and fortnightly cleaner service, throughout the FK postcode region, covering FK1 to FK15 areas. We cover, Falkirk, Stirling and Clackmannanshire areas. Weekly cleans are for a minimum of 2 hours at a time and fortnightly cleans are for 2/3 hours minimum at a time, depending on home size, duties, occupants etc. (WE DO NOT CARRY OUT ONE OFF CLEANS, AT THE PRESENT TIME). Cleans are carried out between Monday to Friday, for weekly cleans and ordinarily between Monday to Wednesday for fortnightly cleans, within the times of 9 am to 5 pm and cleaners use the client's own cleaning materials and equipment. General household cleaning is carried out, eg, floor/surface/bathroom cleaning, some clients also want tasks such as inside window cleaning/bed changing and ironing carried out. We can be flexible and clients can specify which tasks they would like their dedicated cleaner, to complete, on a visit by visit basis. Why should our clients choose you?

I have over 150 clients throughout the Falkirk, Stirling and Clackmannanshire areas. I recruit self employed cleaners, via a thorough vetting process. I believe them to be reliable, can provide a quality cleaner service and are conscientious in their duties. I will not send a cleaner to a client's home that I wouldn't be happy to have in my own home. I always take up references before I allocate a cleaner to client's home. I will contact a client, personally, within a few cleans to check how things have started with their home cleaning. At any time, if a client has any queries and contacts me, I will respond quickly to their communication. In the unlikely event that a client is not satisfied with their cleaner, I do actively suggest and welcome any contact to allow me the opportunity to resolve to their complete satisfaction.

Our service operates on 1 cleaner attending the home, it will be the same cleaner who attends each visit, on the same day, for scheduled clean. That way the cleaner can get to know you and your home and get a routine established for your home cleaning.

We are happy to work around pets, children and adults, who may be in when the cleaner visits.

If a client wishes to, they can meet their allocated cleaner, before any cleaning commences, to ensure that they are comfortable with our introduction and to discuss, in detail, what tasks they would like carried out. Often, we find, that clients may wish an additional hour or two to start with and we are happy to arrange this, if required.

Our pricing is very transparent and we can discuss with any prospective client, over the telephone, the costs involved, without the need to arrange a visit first. Having discussed an enquirer's specific needs, if they wish to proceed, we will arrange a visit at their home, at a convenient time, to get the process underway of introducing a cleaner to them.
