My name is Tracy and I own Clean & Assist. We are a family run Company located in Iford, Bournemouth which is the BH6 area. We offer high quality cleaning services which are designed to suit our clients requirements. We can provide one-off cleans or cleaning on a regular basis. We currently have regular clients in Bournemouth, Christchurch, Southbourne, Tuckton, Highcliffe, New Milton and Boscombe. Our customers range from young professionals leading busy lives to retired and elderly people that just need a bit of extra help. We have also extended our range of services to include domestic assistance as and when required. We can supply light gardening services, buy and deliver shopping, help with trips out and also light lunches. I used to be a painter and decorator for many years so we can also provide light decoration services to the inside and outside of your property. We have began to work via Bark in June 2017 and some clients have now been kind enough to review our Company. All staff are DBS checked against criminal records for your peace of mind and we are happy to provide evidence of this upon request. We also hold full Public Liability Insurance in the event of any unfortunate accidents. We also have written recommendations from our current and previous clients that we are happy to produce to new clients that we make contact with.

We normally carry our own range of cleaning equipment but we are happy to use your products if required.

What do you love most about your job?

I actually enjoy cleaning and it does give me a sense of satisfaction to transform a property or just to "spruce things up" a bit! I also enjoy meeting new people and the fact that this is my own business is a great bonus.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have looked after my two children and brought them up as a full time housewife. Once our children grew older I found myself with some time on my hands and began helping an established painter and decorator based in Southbourne, Dorset.

I wanted to be my own boss and as I enjoy cleaning and helping people I formed this business with the help of my Husband (Michael) who handles the admin and day to day calls.

Why should our clients choose you?

We provide a good, honest service for a reasonable charge per hour. We aim to provide a high quality service with an eye for detail and nice staff that are friendly and helpful.

We strive to be on time with each client that we work for and we are happy to spend a few extra minutes to finish the job to a high standard even if this slightly runs over the hourly limit.
