a beautiful clean

Pauline and her helper did an amazing job and ive booked them up for every two weeks clean and they will do anythink for you and im a fussy person so if i give them 5 stars they deserve it thanks again for a great job

This company has not started cleaning for me yet but by the replies that I got from Yvette I know we will get on well.

I am very glad I’ve had a chance to rectify my first review , so after a couple of weeks of teething problems due to what I believe at the time was bad temp staffing , (happy to say no longer with them) I now feel very happy to be using this company they clean for my elderly mother and she has been very content and satisfied with their hard consistent work. this is the third time a cleaner has failed to turn up at my elderly mothers bungalow for a basic clean, no warning no explanation and no one available to return any email enquiries or phone calls i have made in regards to this matter. .

Hi Bev We have now managed to find a suitable lady that fits in with your mother's ideal time and day and have also offered discounted cleans to compensate for not being able to fit mum in recently

The ladies which did turn up on the 2 out of 5 occasions I was expecting a clean were very pleasant and did a good job. However out of the 5 weeks I was expecting to have a cleaner there was a 'no show' and no phone call to warn me. 1 occasion a cleaner turned up but at the wrong time. They said they would return later but never showed up. So a general lack of planning and communication seem to be the real problems. A pity as on the 2 successful cleans they were good.
