We held my daughters Christening party here in the function which was perfect. The room is tastefully decorated in a vintage style and we were able to adapt the furniture to suit our needs. We had a mixture of tables and sofas. The buffet was beautiful, it was all freshly made from the pork pies and chutneys to the scones with jam & clotted cream. It was all delicious and much nicer than any buffet we've had before. Melissa and the team were extremely accommodating and helped to make our day really special. I would definitely recommend and we will be back again. Thanks to all �

That’s a tough one, even though I am asked it so often. For me it’s not about an actual dish rather than the ingredients that go into it and the joy it brings. As long as it’s seasonal and local and makes our customers happy then that’s what I am for.
It’s all about listening. Listening to what’s important. Also, I always like to work on emotive dishes to each person. Dishes that bring back good memories etc. Our customers don’t always have an idea of what they want though so that’s where I use my numerous years experience to suggest ideas to create the perfect event.
Food and people! I love the power of food. The way it brings people together, the way it can trigger emotions, the way in this trade you are always learning. I also love meeting new people. I love discussing ideas and being on the journey to the perfect event together.
To be able to be flexible to the customers needs and to be able support local businesses. I worked for many a year looking after 100+ kitchens and it all felt so impersonal. Customers engagement, supporting local and creating amazing dishes is now my life from my fully inspected commercial kitchen that I have had built onto the side of my house.
Because I will work with every single customer to make sure the event is perfect. I will personally cook each and everyone and not take on so much work that you don’t get the care and attention you deserve.
I can do zoom calls, telephone calls and any meetings that suit your schedule but obviously the food can’t be done remotely!
