I had mine topped with N'Duja and asked for Raclette cheese as an addition. The lovely gents were only too happy to make my dreams come true.

Had an awesome night out here last night! The venue is amazing, so much bigger than you would think and spotlessly clean! Everyone was so welcoming, even gave us a tour around to show us what was where. Spent an hour in the karaoke studio, what a brilliant idea! Lovely outdoor area for taking a break from the dancing lol. Will definitely be returning here and if you are in Yarmouth I would recommend you pop in and see for yourself. Thanks for a fab night 😀

Hello, thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit more about us. We are a young and dynamic catering solutions company. We can provide gourmet BBQ'S, HOG ROAST, EXCITING SIDE DISHES, CANAPES, HOT & COLD BUFFETS and everything in between. The company was started this year by the owner, Luke Randall, after he realised that there is an opportunity within the local catering scene to bring exciting, hand crafted, reasonably priced food to local weddings and events. We specialise in handcrafted gourmet BBQ food, including great vegetarian and vegan options, with exciting and innovative side dishes. Capable of serving up to 200 people. We have an amazing team and can provide up to 10 professional members of staff to ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. Blackbeards Galley can also offer a full bar service, including set up, draft, spirits and staffing.
Our signature dish is our hand crafted BOOM BURGER! Each one is packed full of delicious onions, chorizo, bacon with a cheeky slab of halloumi hidden inside the patty. Topped with smoked cheese and fresh lettuce. For our VEGGIE & VEGAN friends we have our Pepper Pots, fresh Romano peppers stuffed with basmati rice and roasted veg. All baked on the grill.

Luke has always been something of an entrepreneur. Establishing his first business in 2007, Local Roots & Wellie Boots was a huge hit in Eastbourne. Providing the community with only locally sourced produce as well as a seasonal cafe. He won the acclaimed 'Best Local Business' award from The Observer in 2010.
Since then he has been developing his passion for catering and has been working with a great local catering company to develop his skills and understanding of the sector. Luke loves to be creative and to find solutions to best help you make your event a success.
