For 20 years I have worked in the Clinical Research Industry working on Neuroscience and Psychological Assessment. I also did a lot of work in leading and developing teams, and providing mentoring, support and personal development training, for members of my team. After a long time working in the corporate world, I decided it set up my own consultancy in 2018 and have loved the excitement, challenges and learning opportunities that running my own business presents.
