I have had a life long fascination with Psychology, and have both an BSc and MSc in the subject. For 20 years I have worked in the Clinical Research Industry working on Neuroscience and Psychological Assessment. I also did a lot of work in leading and developing teams, and providing mentoring, support and personal development training, for members of my team.

What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love the impact the coaching can have on individuals and teams. I strongly believe that people have huge potential within themselves and I love how coaching can help to identify their mindset gremlins and move them past that feeling of being stuck. It’s an inspiring and empowering process.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in the corporate world for 20 years leading clinical research teams. I loved it, but I wanted to have more opportunity to be creative, have more freedom and take my skills to new people. I still consult for the clinical research industry as well as run my own coaching business so really feel like I have the best of both worlds!
Why should our clients choose you?
I’ve received rigorous coach training and assessment, and have a strong background in psychology so am able to bring my academic knowledge to the practical application of coaching.
I’m kind, compassionate, approachable and completely non-judgemental. My role is to hold a safe space for you to explore thoughts, feelings and emotions and figure out what success looks like for you

If you’re local to the Church Crookham (Fleet) area I’d love to meet you in person. I’ve been doing quite a bit of walking coaching sessions, and I’ve found that being out in nature brings a creative new angle thinking through options. Good for the body and good for the mind!
I also offer sessions over Zoom or by phone. Sometimes both myself and my client will plug in our headphones and walk while we have our session so we can get away from our desks and get some exercise!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I’ve mainly offered online services to keep customers safe. If you have an in person session we will be sure to follow the current government guidelines.
