What do you love most about your job?

Helping leaders go from good to great. Creating high-performing and super-engaged teams.

What inspired you to start your own business?

There is limited Leadership support for small businesses. As a previous Learning and Development Manager I know, first-hand, how expensive accessing quality learning resources can be. Most providers cater for the top-dogs and multi-national clients, meaning their services are often out of reach for smaller organisations.

My business model? The same high-quality learning interventions and coaching at a fraction of the cost. I bring the 'best in class' approaches from the world's leading financial organisations and bring them to small and agile businesses looking to go from 'good to great'.

Why should our clients choose you?

You want high-quality, high ROI solutions that create lasting change. You don't want the huge price tag. I bring a fresh approach to leadership development, take the best in class lessons from the world of sport and business and use them to help you shape and transform your leadership style. Working with a small group of associates, we don't have the overheads of employees, premises and rates, meaning you can access the same high-quality interventions at a fraction of the price.

We've helped hundreds of clients achieve sustained increased performance, presence and impact at work. Having worked with the likes of Lloyds Bank, Legal and General, MetLife and plenty of SME businesses, you're in good hands.

All material is bespoke to your needs meaning no off-the-shelf material or irrelevant content. You get specific, pragmatic and measurable support to help you achieve your people goals.

While both are focused on self-improvement, life and career coaching are two very different services. Life coaching is focused on reaching personal goals, whether that’s about relationships, building confidence, or finding meaning in life. Career coaching helps with challenges associated with your career. A career coach may help you cultivate skills such as career planning, interview techniques, CV writing and building confidence.

A business coach (or business consultant) is someone who can provide an outside perspective of you and your business, to provide new insight and strategies to help you reach your business goals. They’re trained in supporting a range of business goals, from driving sales and boosting revenue to supporting more personal career development, like building strong leadership qualities or improving focus and efficiency. Whatever your pain points, a business coach will help you tackle them head-on. They’re typically successful business owners themselves which means they can bring valuable experience to the table!

Whether you’re a one-person start-up or the managing director of a multinational company, we could all benefit from career coaching. Someone from the outside will be able to provide a fresh perspective on issues that you may not even have realised existed! If you’ve got a vision but have no idea how to make it into a reality, then a career coach will help you to break down your goals into manageable chunks to achieve them.

Whatever stage you’re at in your professional journey, a career coach can help you get there, whether it’s making small wins or a big change. If you’re stuck in a rut or looking for a major change in your career or business, a good business coach will help you to earn much more than the cost of their services.
