What do you love most about your job?
I have loved this industry for many years. I feel a sense of job satisfaction from making others feel good. I love learning new techniques and developing and learning on the holistic field.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The flexibility to work how and when I want. I like variety in work and meeting new people and controlling my own schedule.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
hygiene measure the same as always. Clean equipment and wash hands. Nothing really changed. It goes without saying if your poorly please cancel your appointment in good time.
Body massage
Body massage can be tailored to you whether you require pure relaxation, to melt away Tension or deep Tissue. I will adapt the style and pressure to suit your needs. Mobile prices vary depending on location. Typical price is £45 for 30 mins £75 for 60 mins £85 for 75 mins £95 for 90 mins. This price reflects travel time. For clients in my local area a discount will apply. Discounts also available for longer sessions or group bookings. Please ask for quote.
Pregnancy and post partum massage
Suitable for pregnant ladies over 14 weeks.
A side lying relaxation massage.
Bolsters and cushions used for support. £75 for 60 mins
Reflexology
Reflexology works on the energy lines through four the whole body to promote and balance wellbeing and the bodies self healing ability.
A foot soak is offered followed by the reflexology. Total treatment time including consultation £75
Discounts offered when taken with other treatments, for group bookings or shorter treatments. Please ask.
Thai foot massage
A foot soak is offered followed by foot and leg stretches Thai style. A reflex stick is used to stimulate the reflexology points on the feet to promote balance and self healing. Total treatment time 1 hours £75. Discounts are offered when multiple treatments are booked or for group bookings.
Indian head massage
Can be performed in a laying position or on a seated chair.
A massage to the upper back, shoulders is performed before a massage of the head to promote deep relaxation, wellbeing and healing. Can be performed with or without oil. 30 mins £45
Holistic facial
A double cleanse and exfoliate followed by a facial scalp and hand and arm massage to aid relaxation. A face mask to hydrate or deep cleanse, followed by a light moisturiser. The emphasis is on relaxation. 60 mins £55

Aromatherapy luxury body massage
A selection of essential oils are chosen to suit your areas of emotional and physical imbalances and preference. A relaxing full body massage, including scalp and reflex foot massage and facial reflex points.
100 mins £100.

A file and polish of standard polish can be added onto any holistic. appointment.

Reiki
Reiki is the wonderfull form of Japanese energy healing.
The therapist and clients energy invites the universal flow of energy to promote balance and the body, mind and soul to restore to a place of balance.
Tasters reiki available free of charge at the end of any holistic treatment please ask. Quite often the healing energy comes on during any massage treatment but if you prefer a more reiki specific session then £30 for 30 mins £45 for 45 mins up to an hours appointment with consultation time included free of charge. A further discount will be added for a longer reiki session after any massage.
Manicure or pedicure
A full skin conditioning mani or pedi with foot soak, hand soak scrubs, massage all cuticle work and polish 60 mins £40 with gel 75 mins £50
