Youth trains my son who is 11 years old. They have two sessions a week for hour and a half each. I have seen visible results just after few weeks of training.
Strength and flexibility.
Youth is always in time and does not cancel session.

Trainer is extremely unprofessional. Last moment class cancellations and a lot of back to back cancellations with lot of excuses. Takes full payment in the beginning and then stops responding to you after a few classes here and there. It is very stressful to keep following up with him. In last 5 months had only 3 classes including 1 demo class, now that I requested to refund for the 8 remaining classes, he has stopped responding. Extremely disturbing and leaves one feeling foolish for trusting their health and fitness with such an unreliable trainer. More...

Only had two sessions so far but i've booked a 10 session package and i'm looking forward to working with Ylu-Fai. The training feels really functional, great for cardio without having to do burpees or run and great for strength, I could really feel the muscles i'd used deep down the day after.
Finished both sessions feeling well worked, very red a touch shaky and very positive. I also really like his communication style, he feels genuine and kind.

This trainer is highly unreliable and cancels appointments frequently on the day and even a few hours beforehand. He is extremely unprofessional and he takes advanced payments from customers but then starts cancelling sessions. He is extremely inconsistent and consistently does not respond to any text/calls. It has reached a point that we were not able to even fulfil our block sessions that were prepaid. It’s been over a month and we are unable to get a refund. He promises to refund the remaining balance but on the day never does and ignores all forms of communication. This experience has been highly stressful due to the unprofessionalism. I would never recommend this trainer he is a scammer by the looks of it as I'm aware he has done this to others. Please do not book him or pay anything upfront to this man. More...

I have been training with Yiu Fai since the start of the year and the changes I have seen in my body have been incredible!
Youth has an amazing approach to working with people, he's very calm, friendly, attentive and professional, there's no yelling at you or making you feel bad if you've slipped up with your diet (which I've experienced with past trainers) but constant encouragement to do better, be more focused and train harder. While training, Youth is very attentive, he takes notice when a particular move is not working for you and perfects your form or suggests a new technique to help you improve. He also changes up the routine when he notices you've become stronger in some areas, so it never gets boring.
While training with Youth you will actually look forward to excercise and learning new techniques because the changes you see in yourself will only spur you on.
Training with Youth has made me look the best I've looked and I am so happy with the results, not only do I have lean muscle and am more toned but my posture has improved and the back pain I suffered are gone.
I've recommended Youth to all my friends, so if you're looking for an amazing Personal trainer, then look no further.

Youth is a great Personal Trainer. It took me a few weeks to figure out but the exercises he chose for me were perfect. He uses full body exercises to raise overall strength and health rather than focus on one area. I'm pretty busy with my work so I like that the workouts are efficient.
